Timings to Ernakulam: Chain services operate towards Ernakulam Jetty (via Parur, Varapuzha) from 5 AM until 9.30 PM. There is a bus every 5-10 minutes. In addition to the regular chain services (coming from Guruvayur/Ponnani/Thrissur), the following services originate from Kodungallur: 6.20, 7.00 and 7.30. All are Limited Stop Ordinary Services.
Services to Ernakulam, Via Goshree Bridge are available at: 5:05, 6:15, 6:40, 8:15, 8:30, 9:25, 9:50, 11:30, 11:50, 12:35, 13:40, 15:20, 15:30, 16:15, 16:45, 16:55, 17:15 and 18:00. The following Thirukochi Services are also available: 5:50 (Kakkanad SEZ), 6:30 (Edakochi), 7:10 (Kakkanad), 7:50 (Thevara Ferry), 12:10 (Kakkanad), 12:45 (Thevara Ferry) and 14:45 (Kakkanad SEZ).
Services to Aluva: 6:00 (Via Paravur), 8:50 (Via Paravur), 8:55 (Via Krishnankotta, Puthenvelikkara, Kurumassery), 9:50 (Via Poyya, Mala, Kumbidy, Kurumassery), 17:05 (Via Narayanamangalam, Karingachira, Mala, Meladoor, Kurumassery) and 17:15 (Via Paravur)
Timings to Guruvayur: Chain services operate to Guruvayur from 5.25 AM to 9.30 PM. Services are available every 5-10 minutes.
Services to Thrissur, via Irinjalakkuda, Urakam (LS OS Chain Service): First bus is at 0530 and last bus is at 19.45. Buses available every 15 minutes. There are three services to Irinjalakkuda at 20.00, 20.15 and 20.30 from Kodungallur.
Thrissur Ordinary buses (via IJK) available at: 7.20, 10.50 and 19.55. These buses will stop at all places.

and i had read in some online newspaper about 2 ordinary services to angmali. which depot is runing those services
Not 2, but three services run to Ankamaly.Run by ANK Depot. Mannuthy/Puthenvelikara/Vellikulangara/Chalakkudy trips are run by Mala. Will add the details soon.

Binai, Does Kodungallur have any KSRTC buses to Malabar beyond TSR & GVR? I know most of the private buses from Kottayam, Pala and Pathanamthitta pass through KDLR, GVR..
There are two Tirur and one Majery service (both coming from Ernakulam Jetty) and one service to Mannarkad. This is in addition to 6 services to Ponnani. There is one KKD bus at 5~5.30 in the morning (from Parur) and there is one more service to KKD at ~1130 or so (this one comes from Ernakulam Jetty). No other services.

can you tell me how to reach haripad from kodungallur .
Simple..Take any bus to Kollam or Trivandrum. Trivandrum buses depart at : 05.25, 06.00, 07.00 (+/- 15 mins) and 14.50. There are two buses to Kollam at: 09.50 and 14.00. There is one bus to Kayamkulam/Vallikkavu at 04.00 as well. All these buses go via Haripad. Alternatively, you can take any bus to Alappuzha (06.20 and 07.20, or 06.00 – Changanassery) and change over to another bus at Alappuzha.

Happy to see the bus schedule from Kodungalloor. but how can I get KSRTC Bus schedule from Ernakulm [from stand and jetty?]
Very good and usefull.Pls let me know whether they have any plan to have more buses to ernakulam.Now it became very difficult to go to ernakulm becasue bus roots are now divided in to two-one is container road and one is vyttila. I think more passengers are travellling to edapplay/palarivattom and vyttila but most of the buses are going to Jetty through container road.Actually this situation being well utiised by private bus operators.We need more buses to vyytila either from kodungallur dipo/from guruvaoor.It is better to have KDLR-Vyttla LS circular buses/ from kodungallur to cherthala/alappuzha circular buses

Yes. The timings are up-to-date. The buses would take about 7 hours to reach Trivandrum. The service runs daily (unless there is some technical problem). You may call up Kodungallur KSRTC bus station on 0480-2803155 to confirm if the bus is operational on the particular day. The SM office works 24×7.

Is there any bus operating between Kodungalloor and Alappuzha? KSRTC or Private buses.
Please look at the schedules. All buses to TVM will go via Alappuzha. Plus there are two TT buses – 0620 and 0720, from Kodungallur.
The introduction of KSRTC services between Kodugallor – Thrissur came as a boon to daily passengers, who otherwise have to spend a harrowing time sitting in these rashly driven private buses. I salute KSRTC for introducing these service.. Keep it up KSRTC..
